Prism is a rapidly growing curated retail experience looking for an experienced person to help us continue to expand.  We are seeking a forward thinking individual interested in building a future with us.

Prism is hiring an experienced retail sales person to join our staff as General Manager.  The ideal candidate will have boutique retail experience, management experience, and be comfortable & confident with social media and community engagement.  

Pay starts at 36K + a year, depending on experience.  Monthly sales bonuses are also available.

Description:

  1. Retail Sales
  2. Managing small staff in scheduling, sales training, product knowledge, sales goals and bonuses.
  3. Social media management and expansion (good photography a bonus)
  4. Online store management and shipping execution
  5. Hiring and training new employees
  6. Inventory oversight, and new product receiving
  7. Coordinating payroll with accountant
  8. Coordinating collaborations with designers & artists
  9. Compiling monthly sales reports

Qualities/Qualifications:

  1. Excellent people skills
  2. Previous retail sales experience
  3. Management experience
  4. Ability to motivate others
  5. Organization & attention to detail a MUST
  6. Willingness to think creatively, solve problems efficiently and without stress
  7. Must be friendly, open, non-judgemental
  8. Style and taste that aligns with our company
